Myofascial Release and Self Massage
In this workshop we will work with a tennis ball (included in your inscription) as well as practicing a soft yoga practice to reap the full benefits of the full-body self massage.

Self myofascial release – or SMR – is a form of self-massage that is used to help with muscle and joint pain. Essentially, SMR requires you to self-massage your muscles with a foam roller, a firm massage ball or a massage stick/roll to help relieve certain areas of pain. SMR is effective for relieving post exercise-related muscle soreness (DOMS) and fatigue as well as have a positive effect on joint range of motion, and let’s face it – it feels amazing!!!
Come join us for this first LIVE event!! Get back into live yoga practice in the beautiful Satyam Studio. Sanitary Pass is not required but is recommended.Mats and bolsters are in the studio, but bring your own mat if you have it.
